AI can misread a passage, oversimplify an explanation, produce an ambiguous prompt or state an inaccurate fact. Source-grounded generation reduces some kinds of drift, but it does not guarantee that every card is correct. Review generated content before relying on it for an important assessment or decision.
Verify high-stakes medical, legal, financial, safety and professional information using authoritative material and qualified guidance. A flashcard is a memory aid, not a substitute for the original source, practical training or expert judgement.
You should also review whether a card represents the intended learning outcome. A fact can be accurate but still irrelevant, too broad or pitched at the wrong level. Delete or replace weak cards in your study process rather than memorizing them simply because they were generated.
