Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to Quizst credit packs purchased through Razorpay. Studying the free public quiz and flashcard libraries does not require a purchase and is not covered here.

Eligible for refund

•Request raised within 7 days of purchase
•No credits from the purchased pack used for AI quiz or flashcard generation
•Pack validity has not already expired at the time of review

Not eligible

•One or more purchased credits already used to generate a private quiz or flashcard deck
•Request made after 7 days from purchase
•Account terminated for violating the terms of service

1. What this policy covers

Quizst sells credit packs that can be spent on personal AI quiz and flashcard generation. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay using UPI, cards, net banking or supported wallets. This policy does not apply to free study of public quizzes, public flashcard decks, challenges or contests.

2. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund request" and include:

•Your Quizst account email
•Razorpay payment or order reference
•Purchase date and credit pack name
•A brief reason for the request

3. Review and processing

•We review credit usage, purchase date and pack validity before approving or declining a request.
•Approved refunds are returned through Razorpay to the original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days depending on the bank or wallet provider.
•Payment gateway charges or deductions applied by the provider may affect the final refunded amount.

4. After purchase

Existing private quizzes, flashcard decks, attempt results and flashcard progress remain in your account unless access is removed for a separate policy reason. If a refund is approved for an unused pack, associated unused credits from that purchase may be removed.

5. Chargebacks

Contact Quizst before initiating a bank chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to account suspension while the payment dispute is reviewed.
