• •Free public quiz library organised by exam, subject and topic
• •Free public flashcard decks with separate study progress
• •Quiz challenges, contests, results, revision tools and learning updates
• •News, guides and platform announcements

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Quizst, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Quizst or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• ✗Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation
• ✗Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of our services

7. Payments and credit packs

  Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.

  Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card information.

  Credit packs: Personal AI quiz and flashcard generation uses credits from purchased packs shown on the pricing page. Public library study remains free.

  Refunds: Refund requests are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Credits, access and generated content

  Pack validity: Purchased credit packs have the validity period shown at checkout.
• •
  Existing content: Private quizzes, flashcard decks, attempt results and study progress generally remain available in your account after generation, subject to these terms and applicable law.

  New generation: Creating additional private AI material requires available credits while the pack is active.
• •
  Content Updates: We may update, modify, or remove content at our discretion to maintain quality and relevance.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Quizst provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about:

• •The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our content
• •Uninterrupted or error-free operation of our services
• •Specific results or outcomes from using our services
• •The security of data transmission over the internet

We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, scores or exam results. AI-generated material may contain errors and should be checked against reliable sources.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quizst and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• •Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• •Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• •Damages arising from your use or inability to use our services
• •Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quizst and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
