Privacy policy

We collect information in three broad categories:

• •Account information: name, email address, login credentials and profile details you provide when registering or updating your Quizst account.
• •Learning activity: quiz attempts, scores, result history, flashcard study states, challenge or contest participation and progress saved to your account.
• •Generation inputs: topics, pasted text or uploaded PDFs you submit to the AI quiz or flashcard generators, plus the private quizzes and decks created in your account.
• •Payment information: billing-related records for credit-pack purchases processed through Razorpay. Card or UPI details are handled by the payment provider, not stored directly by Quizst.
• •Technical data: device type, browser, IP address, cookies, session identifiers and usage logs needed to operate and secure the platform.

• •Provide account access, save quiz and flashcard progress and display attempt results or revision suggestions.
• •Generate personal AI quizzes and flashcard decks, validate structure and apply credit usage shown before generation.
• •Operate free public quiz and flashcard libraries, challenges, contests, updates and support requests.
• •Process payments, maintain purchase records and respond to billing or refund enquiries.
• •Improve reliability, prevent abuse, detect fraud and protect the security of the service.

Public quizzes and public flashcard decks are separate from private AI-generated material in your account. Personal AI quizzes and decks are created for the signed-in user and are not automatically published to the public libraries.

AI-generated questions, answers and flashcard text can contain errors. Quizst validates structure where applicable, but you should verify important facts against a trusted source.

We may share limited information with:

• •Razorpay for payment processing.
• •AI and infrastructure providers needed to run generation, hosting, storage, email delivery and analytics.
• •Legal or safety requests where required by law or to protect users, Quizst or the public.

We do not sell personal information.

We retain account, learning and billing records for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the service, comply with law and resolve disputes. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
